Hi, I’m Chloe, Registered Nurse, certified Nutrition Coach, and passionate health and fitness advocate.
I grew up in the Yukon Territory, where the outdoors played a big role in my upbringing. Camping, biking, and staying active was just part of everyday life. My journey into health and wellness began early, coaching gymnastics in my youth before pursuing a Nursing degree at the University of Lethbridge.
As a Registered Nurse, I’ve worked across a wide range of settings including Pediatrics, NICU, Emergency, and rural acute care. But it wasn’t until after nursing school that my passion for fitness and nutrition truly began. I started strength training, running, practicing yoga, and hiking, but like many people, I hit a point in 2020 where I felt off. I had gained weight, was constantly fatigued, and just didn’t feel like myself anymore. That’s when I decided to hire a coach and the results were amazing.
Through that experience, I learned how to create sustainable habits, make empowered lifestyle choices, and fuel my body in a way that felt good. I lost the weight, regained my energy, and more importantly, built a foundation of health that would support me through some of life’s biggest transitions.
I went on to have two boys in under two years, all while navigating a major move, home renovation, and career changes. I relied heavily on the tools I’d gained which was staying active during pregnancy, maintaining my nutrition, and re-finding balance when life got chaotic. These experiences deepened my commitment to helping others feel strong, confident, and capable in their own lives.
That’s why I became certified in Nutrition Coaching through Precision Nutrition, and studied the fundamentals of personal training through IPTA. Together with my life partner, we’ve built a coaching business grounded in both professional knowledge and real-life experience.

Hey, I’m Jay Ellis — born in Calgary, raised in the small town of Olds, and now proud to call Red Deer home, where I live with my amazing fiancé Chloe and our two sons, Stoic and Hayes.
I graduated from the University of Lethbridge with a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice, but my real passion has always been fitness, nutrition, and living an active, intentional lifestyle. Whether it’s weightlifting, swimming, hiking, or rock climbing, I’ve always found clarity and strength (both mentally and physically) through movement. For me, fitness isn’t about trends or quick fixes; it’s about sustainability, longevity, and showing up as the best version of myself for my family, my work, and my life.
What led me deeper into the world of fitness and nutrition was a desire to train smarter and not just harder. Like many busy parents, time and energy are often stretched thin. I wanted to learn the most effective, science-backed methods to get real results, without sacrificing the rest of life. That meant diving into the latest research, experimenting with programs, and refining a holistic approach that’s realistic, sustainable, and actually works.
Chloe and I are incredibly lucky to share a passion for health and wellness. Together, we’ve built a system that supports not only our individual goals but our family’s well-being as a whole. Now, we’re excited to share what we’ve learned to help others create a lifestyle that works, fits, and thrives.
