We offer a complimentary consultation call to provide an overview of the program and address any questions you may have. Upon enrollment you will be asked to complete a detailed intake form and provide consent, which should be returned to us prior to your first session. Once received, we will schedule a welcome call or in-person meeting to review the program and ensure you have all the necessary resources to begin your journey. Our goal is to make this process seamless and supportive, minimizing any feelings of overwhelm and maximizing your confidence and readiness.

What do the add-ons include?
Fitness plans - 6 week rotations of tailored to you workout plans
Workout with coach - 1 hour workout with coach at gym of choice or in our home gym in Red Deer
Meal prepping/cooking with coach (Local to Red Deer)- Learn to meal prep in our home and take home 5 macro friendly meals. Prior to cooking, we would pick meals with you and provide you with a grocery list. You would pick up the groceries and bring them to our house for the cooking!
Meal planning/grocery shopping with coach (Local to Red Deer)- We will spend approximately 30 minutes planning meals and food for the week either in person or via phone, then we will meet at the grocery store and teach you how to read labels and choose healthier options!
Kitchen Makeover - We will come to your house for 1 hour and help you organize, clean and prepare your kitchen for your health journey.
