Postpartum Back to Health is a gentle, empowering workshop led by Chloe from Peak Life Coaching, designed to help new moms reconnect with their bodies, rebuild strength, and regain confidence.
Alongside Chloe, we’re welcoming two special guests; Lundie who is a physiotherapist that will share expert insights on pelvic-floor healing, postpartum recovery, and safe return to movement as well as Sally who is the face behind Gentle Hand Doula & Family Support Services. She will speak to the postpartum body, healing and challenges we face.
Through supportive education, hands-on guided movement, and simple nutrition, fitness and lifestyle strategies, you’ll leave feeling informed, uplifted, and equipped with practical tools to thrive in early motherhood.
Come enjoy a moms night out (Motherhood starts at conception and postpartum has no ending, so moms at any stage in their jouney are welcome!). Babies under 6 months can join.
